Sports betting on b9999 covers Cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), Football, Esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; it is the player's responsibility to verify the odds before submitting a bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless b9999 specifically offers a cash-out or void option for that market.

• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits may vary depending on the sport, competition and player account status.

b9999 makes every effort to settle bets correctly and promptly. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of settlement with full details of the dispute.

The b9999 Bingo lobby and Live Casino are subject to the general terms set out in this document as well as the following specific rules:

• Bingo tickets and casino bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a round or game has started.
• In the event of a technical failure during a Bingo game or Live Casino session — such as a disconnection or server interruption — the outcome will be determined in accordance with b9999's technical failure policy. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes will generally be returned to the player's account.

• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not associated with bonus abuse may be returned at b9999's discretion following a review.
